About us
-
We’re a creative studio, not an agency
We work with first-hand information from subject matter experts, based on direct conversations with people at the technical and scientific coalface. This is the key to our success.
Independent and owner-managed, we’ve been communicating complex ideas for over a decade. Much of our work is for big brand clients, working globally. Our clients are professionals, then expect only the highest standards from us.
We take care in building a well-balanced business that respects our people, our clients and the environment. We are proud to be ISO 27001-certified and are now pursuing B Corp certification.
-
We’re people first, employees second
We’re a diverse bunch, and we value the fact that we’re all different - it enriches our work and makes us more relevant to our clients.
Our regular company breakfasts are an opportunity for all colleagues to share thoughts on business strategy and direction. We can each choose a paid-for training once a year, and it doesn’t have to be work-related. Even our professional coaching resource can be used to focus on anything that helps us to grow and develop as individuals.
We value our external network, too, and regularly host work experience and internships.

Our green journey
We already recycle kitchen and studio waste and all our electricity comes from 100% renewable sources like sun, wind and water. We have installed our own charging points for EVs. Our cleaners use eco-friendly products, we choose suppliers with strong sustainability credentials, and support those who are on their journey.
Our next steps include installing our own solar panels and grey water systems.
